A summa cum laude graduate of the University of Puget Sound and a University of Wisconsin Ph.D., Kevin directs Interlake’s investment practice. After holding a faculty position at the University of Washington, Kevin worked on a discretionary portfolio management team at Merrill Lynch & Co. To the role of Chief Investment Officer, Kevin brings an excellent mix of education, experience, quantitative skills, temperament, and passion for the business.

Jaye J. Joslin

A graduate of Ball State University, Jaye directs Interlake's business development efforts. With more than 18 years of experience in the financial services industry, Jaye has worked in US Bank's Institutional Trust division and the AMCORE Investment Group. As Senior Vice President, Jaye brings tremendous expertise in retirement plan design and asset management.

Timothy J. Dalton

A native of the San Francisco Bay Area and a graduate of Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, Tim leads the firm's national 401(k) program and contributes to our private client division as well. With more than 25 years in institutional equity sales, trading, and investment banking with global firms such as Bank of America and Credit Suisse, Tim brings great experience and a veteran presence to the Interlake team.

Patrick D. Stafford
Assistant Vice President
A native of Monterey, Patrick holds an undergraduate degree in business from Cal Poly-San Luis Obispo and is now pursuing an MBA in Sustainable Management from Presidio School of Management. Before he joined Interlake, Patrick worked at Merrill Lynch & Co., where he specialized in wealth preservation and portfolio management strategies.
